These Referral Programme Terms (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Hostingowy Referral Programme (“Programme”). By participating, you agree to these Terms.
To participate you must:
Each participant receives a unique referral link/code. When a new customer (“Referee”) clicks this link and signs up for a paid Hostingowy plan, the participant earns commission as described below.
Referees must be new customers who have not previously held an account with Hostingowy.
Self-referrals (using your own link to create additional accounts) are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all commissions and account suspension.
Commission is calculated as a percentage of the Referee’s recurring subscription revenue (excluding one-time fees, taxes, and add-ons).
Starter Tier: 20% recurring commission for 12 months (1–5 referrals per month)
Partner Tier: 25% recurring commission for 12 months (6–20 referrals per month)
Agency Tier: 30% recurring commission for 12 months (20+ referrals per month)
Tier is calculated based on the number of referrals who become paying customers in the preceding calendar month.
Referrals are attributed using a 30-day cookie from the first click on your referral link. If the Referee clears their cookies or uses a different device/browser within the window, attribution may be lost. We recommend Referees sign up promptly after clicking the link.
Commissions are calculated on the last day of each calendar month. Payouts are made on the 1st of the following month via:
A minimum payout threshold of £10 / $10 applies. Unpaid commissions below this threshold roll over to the next month.
Hostingowy reserves the right to withhold commission if the Referee’s account is cancelled, charged back, or found to be fraudulent within the first 90 days.
The following activities are prohibited and will result in immediate termination from the Programme and forfeiture of all commissions:
Hostingowy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Commissions earned prior to termination will still be paid out.
We also reserve the right to modify commission rates with 30 days’ notice. Existing referrals continue at the rate in effect when they were referred.
Hostingowy’s liability under these Terms is limited to the total commission paid or payable to you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
